Q: Once my cover is ready, how will it be delivered to me?
A: There are two options depending on your choice and/or how large of an attachment your email account can handle.
All finished work, graphics or otherwise, are ZIP archived and password protected for the security of your purchase. We will query you with the size of the archive to see if it is acceptable for email delivery. If not, a cloud account pick-up point will be arranged and the URL (web address) will be emailed to you. Upon delivery or pick up notification, we will give you the password for your archive.
In the case of a cloud pick-up point, you will have 72 hours from notification to acquire the archive before it is deleted. If you cannot pick up the file during that time, you may request the archive be setup again. A new password will be generated and delivered.
All arrangements must be made through the same email account you used for your purchase and instructions for our work.
